Evaluation Capacity Building
Like student-centered learning, evaluation capacity building (ECB) means generating enthusiasm for what organizations “need to know”, and providing tools to empower individuals and teams. The “supply” of expertise is most valuable when aligned with “demand” for learning.

CS OPEN : Supporting twelve (12) non-profits in 2 cohorts with Evaluation Capacity Building
The Computer Science Outreach Program Evaluation Network (CS OPEN) was a field-supporting initiative from Google that I co-founded with the National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP). This “cohort-based” evaluation capacity building model was launched at an Obama-era White House and featured in Google’s end of year 2016 blog.
